• Non-expired Government Issued Photo ID - ie. Drivers License
• Current YTD Pay stubs
• Past 2 years W-2s or if self employed, past 2 years of Tax returns
• Bank statements for past two months including all pages
• Investment account statements for past two months - all pages
• Retirement account statements for past two months - all pages
• Credit Card account information
• Auto Loan account information
• Personal Loan account information

 If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage Account information
• Home Equity Account information (if applicable)
• Home Insurance Policy information
